Scientific interests:

He received the M.S., Ph.D., and D.Sci. degrees in electrical engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Silesian University of Technology, Gliwice, Poland, in 1991, 1996, and 2008, respectively.
He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Power Electronics, Electrical Drives and Robotics, Silesian University of Technology. His research interests include the field of high-frequency resonant converters, their computer-aided analysis and design, computer simulation and laboratory testing of power inverters and their components, especially Class E, EF, and Class DE ones, wireless power transfer systems, and induction heating applications.
In 2009, he received an individual award of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for scientific achievements.
