Scientific interests:

Power electronics, analysis, designing and prototyping of high-frequency transistor inverters (from hundreds of kilohertz to tens of megahertz), measurements and modeling of power MOSFET transistors and their drivers, analysis, synthesis and modeling of power electronic converters, induction heating and levitation systems, supply sources of discharge lamps.
