Scientific interests: Renewable energy sources and converters (especially wind turbines), CHP units run on biogas and gas - distributed generation. Power electronics converters. Microprocessor based control systems. Automation of industrial processes, reactive power compensation in industrial grids, high order harmonic filtering, monitoring systems. Industry implementation: - Since 1996 - continuous cooperation with JJA Progres company from Bielsko-Biała in such areas as reactive power compensation, high order harmonic filtering and monitoring of industrial grid systems.

1997-1998 - Designing and application in practice wind turbine control system.
Research projects: - Grant of Ministry of Education and Science: Small scale CHP gas unit cooperation with local heat system and electrical grid with ability to work on separate islanded electrical load. Demonstration project. Realisation period: 2003 - 2006.
Other achievements: - PhD thesis: Synthesis of wind turbine microprocessor control system - defended on 25th may 2002.
