- Portland State University in United States. The range of the cooperation includes programming and utilization of mobile robots in the didactic process.
- First prize in competition My idea of business organized by Silesian University of Technology and GZE electricity distributing company of Upper Silesia owned by Vattenfall Company. The prizewinning project was Autonomous mobile robots systems, worked out by the team: Tomasz Stenzel, Maciej Sajkowski, prof. Bogusław Grzesik and prof. Kazimierz Gierlotka supported by Mariusz Mroczek representing IT business.
Prize for the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Stenzel Ltd. company in the Innovation leader competition,
organized during the Economic and Scientific Innovations Fair Intarg 2003. The awarded project was didactic mobile robot Hexor.
